Here's How It Turned Out

In last month’s PICTURES post I showed you the group mural project focused around my sister’s 60th birthday. Ready to see how it turned out? 👇🏽

Also below: some personal mosaic adventures (my first bowling ball, my first flamenco-themed piece) and scenes from recent art-making sessions with friends in the backyard. ‘Tis the season to gather outside and play with colored tile bits! 🤓

Scroll down for upcoming events I’ll be participating in. And now, enjoy the photo tour. 📷

Nice addition to the yard, right? Get in touch if you’re interested in working on a similar project with me, or click here for more info.

Around Town: I’ll be offering my broken-tile creations and other whimsical wares at Metalwood Salvage on July 24th (flyer below). Also, stay tuned for info about the mosaic-making workshops I’ll be offering next month at the ReBuilding Center (another beloved local salvage yard — yes, that’s a thing 🤪).

I’m slowly emerging from both the “COVID cocoon” and my sabbatical with renewed energy and too many project ideas. 😬 Mostly I want to keep actively choosing what I’m doing with my life, rather than letting it happen to me.

My hope is that the past 16 months have brought into focus what’s most important in your life, and that you’ve found unexpected gifts amid the collective loss and upheaval.

Love,
Pam
