This small work is an original acrylic painting on canvas that measures 10” x 10” and is 3/4” deep. It’s a view of our beloved Wy’east, the indigenous Multnomah people’s name for Mt Hood. No matter how long you’ve lived in or around Portland, Oregon, catching a glimpse of this majestic peak will always prompt a little sigh: Aahhh, there she is!

I may or may not have drawn inspo for this from the cover of what was probably our last-ever, printed-and-delivered phone book, several years back. 😉 Yellow pages or white pages, I couldn’t tell you.

She’ll be a lovely addition to your office, bedroom, or kitchen, and is strung on the back with a wire, ready to hang.
