“Imagine” Retreat at the Oregon Coast

Imagine spending a whole weekend immersed in constructive, creative future-dreaming. You’re surrounded by hearted-centered folks who (like you) yearn for greater well-being for ourselves, our people, and the planet.

An imagination-tickling array of art materials is spread before you. The prompts are generative, playful, and accessible.

You begin to relax into—and delight in—the possibilities.

Here’s a summary of what’s included in your retreat fee:

Here’s what YOU WILL COVER SEPARATELY:

• transportation to and from the retreat venue

• Sunday night dinner (we’ll eat out together or get take-out)

• alcoholic beverages or any special snacks/drinks you want to bring

• any personal art materials you’d like to bring

Notes on Pricing and Registration:

• A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve your space. Click the payment link on this page to begin the registration process.

• Within a few days of receiving your deposit, we will contact you to choose your preferred room on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The retreat space offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. Expect to share a bathroom.

• You will be billed for the balance of your retreat cost once your room has been selected. To receive the Early-bird rate, you must pay the full amount by Sunday, August 23.

• Early-bird Rates (Aug. 16-23 or until filled):
  Shared room = $789 per person (full bed in bunk room, or sharing a king-size bed with your chosen person)
  Private room = $869 per person (queen bed)
  Regular Rates (after Aug. 23, if available):
  Shared room = $869 per person
  Private room = $939 per person

Cancellation Policy: Cancel by Friday Sept. 4, 2026 to receive a refund (minus the $150 deposit). No refunds after Sept. 4. (If the organizers need to cancel the event for any reason, all payments will be refunded.)

Work-trade: If you’re highly motivated to come but find the price prohibitive, reach out to Pam (pam@allhandsart.com) and we’ll see if we can work out a solution through scholarship or work-trade.
